Very good food, friendly service. However, the ambience is not special. All in all, the restaurant is highly recommended.

Very delicious food in a very pleasant ambience, cozy location in the city center of Husum, the restaurant was well attended that evening, the service staff was friendly and courteous.

Husum and Aunt Jenny should be worth a visit, we were told. We did both. Husum yes, but this restaurant no. No receipt on my part! I had a crab platter with scrambled eggs and fish. I was served dark, cold crabs. There can be no question of freshness. Especially since you don't seem to know any salt and pepper here. In any case, only hunger drove it in. So only 1 star from me.

The food tasted good but nothing special. The fish I ordered was all alone next to a dollop of sauce. The fried potatoes were specially served in a bowl. So it looked pretty bleak on the plate. Here at the Baltic Sea we have eaten far better fish! At least a few vegetables would have looked a little better on the bare plate. We don't go here a second time for the price. The waitress was also quite speechless. Last but not least, 2 € for various items paid extra. No information what this is for. So my family doesn't go out to eat there anymore. Unless the operator changes and changes something.

We were there on September 25th, 2020, the weather was still so nice that we could sit outside. We sat down and the waiter came and brought the menu, I asked him to bring me an ashtray and he said "come right away, we ordered drinks that came quickly, the ashtray not, the waiter said ashtray will come again immediately. We ordered that Food, the ashtray still did not come. Although the waiter saw that I was smoking, I put out my cigarette on the floor and put it on the floor next to our table. The food did not come from the ashtray. We ate when we were finished We ordered drinks that came again, the table was cleared what didn't come, yes the ashtray, I smoked 4 cigarettes while we were there, I had to put all of them next to our table, because the waiter couldn't bring me an ashtray. We sat on the green benches in front of the restaurant so that the waiter saw me every time he came out. Very inattentive and the food could also be better. The potato salad Too sour, too much bacon on the plaice, the fried potatoes not seasoned, the pasta with salmon left a lot to be desired, the salmon was far too dry, the farmer's breakfast came without bacon and was served carelessly. We wouldn't go out to eat here again. What a shame.

We went there twice to eat and each time very tasty and most importantly, freshly cooked. The breakfast plates looked very nice too. Absolute recommendation in Husum.

Very nice service, delicious food ?clean and everything is fine. ?We stayed in Husum for 3 hours and strolled through the city, were hungry and looked at several restaurants. Hit, Aunt Jenny was the right decision. ?

The service was super friendly. The crab soup was unfortunately not very tasty (unfortunately too weak). The fish and the farmer's breakfast were delicious. But definitely worth a visit

There is only one star because of the very nice service and the great steak! BUT: The schnitzel consisted of an indefinable mass and was inedible and the goulash was a reddish water with a few tomatoes. Every Aldi goulash soup has more meat !!!

Super delicious desserts & warm drinks and very friendly staff what more could you ask for. While it was wet and cold and windy outside, we were practically in the dry sky. Furnishing is Nordic rustic with lots of old pictures, so that you don't even know where to look first.

Friendly service, the food is great and the location is very nicely located on the harbor basin. Some parking spaces are available. Large car park and multi-storey car park about 5 minutes away.

Nice restaurant with a nice outside terrace overlooking the harbor. Very good dishes, special fish and a friendly, attentive and courteous service.

Just one more tourist trap ... Unfortunately, one must now urgently advise against visiting Aunt Jenny. We were there for breakfast and had to wait 30 minutes for the first drinks and coffee, even though the shop was empty. The coffee was also cold when the first parts of breakfast were served. That the scrambled eggs were cold when the rolls were on the table would have been manageable. But that they were served on a used, dirty and dried-up plate was disgusting. We had to point out several times that we didn't have any cutlery to eat. In addition, there were several indefinable pieces of food floating in the cola that was served. After we had pointed this out to the waiter, a very hysterical woman came outside and put the new Coke on the table with the words “Murphy's Law”. Judging by the looks of the visitors at the next table, they were probably just as horrified and enthusiastic about this shop. In terms of taste, the food was on a very low level and everyone involved lost their appetite. Here one just seems to want to quickly have breakfast with tourists, we won't be back! It should have made us think that when the sun was shining and the weather was perfect, all the restaurants were full and only Aunt Jenny's had no one.

Ate super great! Great fish soup, all in all very tasty. Service very friendly. No problem with the dogs either. Looking forward to next time ??

Good local food

Very nice, professional staff, clean, delicious food and also good breakfast. With a view of the inland port, you can enjoy excellent food and watch people strolling by. I felt very comfortable and well received as a guest traveling alone. I can absolutely recommend a visit

Expensive. Overpriced

Very nice atmosphere, great food with super friendly service. The waiter with the bald head and the tattoos was very courteous and always in a good mood. Our special requests were also very well received. All in all it was a perfect stay and definitely recommendable. Greetings to the bald young man, he's doing a great job

Although it was well attended, we were served quickly and very friendly. Even the food came surprisingly quickly and tasted fantastic! I was very taken with my rack of lamb, it was tender and delicious. Exactly to the point. Given the quality, the price-performance ratio is perfectly fine. I gladly paid the price for my wine and food. I can only recommend it, great.

Nice restaurant with open space in the center with a view of the harbor. Very nice service and the fish dishes and the salad we ordered were very good. Also worth mentioning that delicious Duckstein is served on tap. So all in all we were very satisfied with moderate prices, if you look at the surrounding restaurants where only a few dishes cost less than 20 €, which was not the case here
